  • Designed and implemented an expanded sports program, adding new sports events such as: Kabaddi (Male & Female) and Chess (Male & Female)
  • Ensured effective integration of these additional sports by coordinating with host universities for event management, venue preparation, and scheduling.
  • Developed an RSS feed by collaborating with, and supervising, the web team to create real-time updates for the championship. (for more: https://bdsportshub.com/)
  • Ensured all event results, announcements, schedules, and media coverage were published instantly through the feed, providing instant accessibility for participants, media, and the public.
  • Managed travel, accommodation, and venue logistics for athletes, coaches, and officials across multiple universities and venues.
  • Supervised venue preparation to ensure all infrastructure was ready for high-quality competition, particularly for the new events introduced this year.
  • Developed contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges, and ensured the championship ran smoothly across all locations.
