- Conceptualized and designed the entire championship, aligning the event’s objectives with national goals of youth empowerment, sports development, and nation-building.
- Developed a comprehensive project plan, managing scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure smooth event execution.
- Identified, approached, and secured sponsorships from leading corporate brands to ensure financial support and alignment with the event’s goals.
- Worked closely with sponsors to integrate their brand elements into the championship.
- Managed ongoing client service relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their visibility needs were met across multiple platforms, including venue branding, digital media, and event collateral.
- Ensured that sponsors’ brand values aligned with the championship’s core messages of sportsmanship, youth empowerment, and national pride.
- Managed partnerships with universities across the country, engaging them in hosting specific sports events and fostering local participation.
- Established communication channels with all participating universities, ensuring effective coordination and active engagement throughout the championship.
- Worked closely with referees, coaches, and sports officials to ensure fair play, professionalism, and adherence to competition standards.
