Objective: Manage and execute the Olitalia Healthy Kitchen Contest to promote brand visibility and health awareness, ensuring a successful event that meets marketing and engagement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project goals, KPIs, and success criteria in alignment with the brand’s objectives.
- Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, branding materials, and participant management.
- Coordinate on-site activities to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement a targeted promotional plan to attract participants, including social media campaigns, press releases, and collaborations with food bloggers.
- Manage the design and distribution of contest-related materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, and digital ads).
